Need a new breakfast meal idea, try these high Protein Banana Pancakes!
1/2 cup quick cook oats
1/2 a large banana
1/2 cup plain almond milk
3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
Combine all ingredients in an individual blender and blend until mixture is homogenous. Cook
on medium in a nonstick frying pan, about 2 minutes a side. Makes 2-3 large pancakes.
